Delivery
Every kit comes to your door by courier. Charges and delivery times are set when ordering opens. We're delivery only, so there's no collection.
North East delivery
We deliver across Newcastle, Gateshead, North and South Tyneside, Sunderland, County Durham, Northumberland and Teesside.
- Tyneside flat or terrace with a back lane? Say if the box should come to the back gate, and add it to the driver notes.
- Narrow hallway or front door? The longest box (Max 1260W) is 2410mm, so measure the route first.
- Farmhouse or long drive out in Northumberland or the Durham dales? Tell us where the driver can leave the van.
Rest of Great Britain
Anywhere in England, Scotland and Wales, by courier to your door.
Plug-in kits can't be connected in Northern Ireland, so we don't deliver there, or to the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.
Dispatch dates
Kits show "Coming soon" until they're on sale. Once a kit is on pre-order, its page and your confirmation email give the dispatch date.
Cancel for a full refund any time before dispatch, or within 14 days of delivery.
